I have been back to work since Monday, so I haven't really created or blogged or much of anything. The blog always seems to be the first thing I slack on. I am the type of person to jump from thing to thing, again why I love paper crafting. As my sister says I find something and just run with it. So you can see what I have been running with lately. I have no supply list or anything, as usual. I just thought I would offer up some eye candy, I have seen these types of cards all over, I'm certainly not the person who thought it up. Not for the faint of heart (LOL)

St. Patricks day card
I have my splurge tomorrow night, and have not been able to come up with my second project. DH suggested something St. Patricks day, so this is what I came up with, pretty simple and basic but sometimes those are the best cards. I made about 7 of these with different variations. I sure hope people don't get sick of me sending them cards.
All supplies SU.
The card base is basic black, the mat gable green. I took the clover from the stamp set Year Round Fun II and stamped it on whisper white (1.5 x 5.25) then matted on black mat (1.75 x 5.25). I used the stamp set Pinch Proof for the big clover in the scallop. I used heat and stick powder and then green glitter from the Fine Cosmo? glitter stack. I punched it out with the 1 3/8 circle punch. Punched out a basic black scallop, and used the white gel pen.

Backwoods, I'm not talkin where I come from
No you are not seeing double, well actually you kind of are . Can you guess what I just got for a new stamp set...that's right, SU's Backwoods. I just love these masculiney type of images. I had a couple of lonely tangerine tango sheets and figured I'd play. I don't think they are overly fab or anything but thought it was neat how you could get 3 different cards with semi the same colour scheme.

My first challenge
Valentines seem to be the theme lately. I made this card for my hubby but then I got carried away with sending out valentines and now one of my friends will end up receiving. I did make another one for hubby though.
This card was made from a card sketch, which I love and have made about 8 variations of. You can find the original challenge sketch on SCS here
All supplies used are SU, unless noted.
Mat is regal rose, then I cut my mats out of real red and whisper white 4 x 1 3/4. The inside mats I used some real red paper from a prints pack and whisper white stamped with a heart 3.75 x 1.5. Then I punched out a scallop of real red and circle punched the white, the be mine sentiment comes from Micheal's stamps.

Harley valentine
Just a quick post here, I took this picture in the laundry room, hiding from the hubby. This is what I made for him for Valentine's Day. He rides so we are sorta into Harley stuff.
Nugget tin from here
Peppermint patties, covered with only orange and basic black. The stamp is from Born to ride and a happy valentines. The bar and shields (for non Harley people-the orange stamp on belly band) is from a Harley stamp set by EK Success, ribbon from who knows where. The belly band is basic black and whisper white stamped in only orange.

Valentine's treats
Today must have been my lucky day. There was a water main break at work so I got to come home early, no kits, so time to craft. I jump from projects to projects, I ordered some nugget tins of the neat and have been making them like crazy. I am making some for my husband, guess what kind.....Harley Davidson of course. I am sure if you look at some of my other posts you will know I am into that kinda thing. I actually have a few people that are buying some off of me, kewl eh? I started gathering the tutorial together last night and have started to put it together so it is indeed coming.
